Max Fluid Power Provides Pump Down Operations for Rocky Mountain Region
Max Fluid Power may be the newest service company for frac crews in the Rocky Mountain region but that doesn’t mean it is just getting its feet wet in the oil and gas industry. John West is bringing 20 years of experience that includes the titles of operations supervisor, district manager, and area operations manager in the reservoir stimulation division of a major international oilfield service company. Jesse Goodrich and Cody Evans brought John on board to compliment their knowledge and relationships from frac sand hauling, storage, handling, and logistics to make an unbeatable team that any energy company would be comfortable hiring.
Energy companies will love working with Max Fluid Power’s team because of the increased efficiencies. An energy company operating in the DJ Basin in Colorado can add up to 11 pumps across 5 different locations and have more than a 2 to 1 pump redundancy. On each of those locations the Max Fluid Power team works closely with wireline to prepare each zone for stimulation. A zipper frac with multiple wells on a single pad is where the most efficiencies happen. While one of the 2500 bhp quintiplex pumps down a plug on one well the frac crew is stimulating an adjacent well. When they finish that zone the Max Fluid Power team is able to swap and prepare the next zone for stimulation.
